Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee employee services such as transportation, cafeteria operations, and Intel events to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage building services, including structural maintenance, landscape, and pest control, to maintain optimal site conditions.
- Execute project management tasks, including gathering requirements, conducting assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for new or updated services, benefits, processes, and vendors.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with Global Services standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and address escalations to ensure service consistency and resolve potential interruptions.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to oversee supplier performance and ensure adherence to key performance indicators.
- Manage capital equipment and oversee space renovation roadmaps for specific service areas.
- Support projects, mergers, and acquisitions as a subject matter expert in service scope.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and respond to audits from governmental agencies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or BS degree in a specialized field, or equivalent experience based on business needs.
- Candidates should have 1-3 years of applicable work experience in similar role.
This role is also open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong expertise in supplier management and contract administration.
- Familiarity with building maintenance programs, quality audits, and compliance protocols.
- Proven ability to implement change management strategies and drive continuous improvement.
