Job Summary

The HR Systems Operations Analyst is responsible for providing advanced support in resolving HR escalations and transactions across Workday, Kronos/UKG, and other HR systems, supporting the full associate lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing within our HR systems, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity and deliver an exceptional associate experience.

Shift : Required to work in US shift (night shift)

Team work hours : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex HR systems requests and escalations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant resolution in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures.
  • Support and troubleshoot HR transactions within Workday, Kronos/UKG, and other HR systems throughout the entire associate lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, promotions, and terminations.
  • Manage and complete a daily queue of work using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) or other task management tools, ensuring efficient case handling and prioritization.
  • Perform regular audits of HR system data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal programs and external regulatory requirements; proactively identify and address data issues to avoid downstream impacts on payroll, benefits, and third-party systems.
  • Collect, track, and securely maintain supporting documentation for system transactions while ensuring strict confidentiality and data protection practices.
  • Offer feedback and insights on system performance, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in both technology and processes.
  • Assist with the testing, validation, and implementation of system changes, upgrades, and new features to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.
  • Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement, including automation, standardization, and process streamlining across HR systems.
  • Maintain and enhance support documentation, including procedures and process guides, to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility for system users and support teams.
  • Assist with end-user training and create training materials, as needed, to support the adoption of new tools and processes.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Years of Experience

  • 4+ Years - Experience delivering and improving HR transactional processes across the full employee lifecycle (hire to retire). 
  • 3+ Years - Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, or similar platforms.
  • 2+ Years - Experience managing and resolving complex HR data issues and system escalations using tools like ServiceNow or other case management systems. 
  • Proven ability to perform HR data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with downstream systems.
  • Experience documenting processes, maintaining knowledge base content, and mentoring others in system functionality and best practices
