Job Description

The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Senior Project Manager – Healthcare – Barcelona, Spain

Meet the team:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives in the EMEA region. Our Program Management team is focused on driving business transformations to support and enable organizational efficiency and growth.

If you are interested in being a part of a forward-thinking and growth-oriented organization, and if you possess the skills and experience, we are looking for, we encourage you to consider joining our team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business operations in the EMEA region and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

You must be fluent in English and a preference for one or more languages among Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc

Where you come in:

  • Lead product, market and tender launch programs across EMEA region, from early planning through in-market execution and post-launch stabilization.
  • Lead post-launch process optimisation programs as required to improve performance and scalability (e.g., order-to-cash, customer support readiness, training effectiveness, supply reliability), partnering with regional and global teams to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Own program execution, translating global product roadmaps into clear, executable regional plans that account for commercial readiness needs.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment and inputs (e.g., pricing, market access, regulatory, supply, and commercial readiness) to deliver compliant, on-time submissions and award execution.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for complex, multi-country launches, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Partner closely with global product and program leaders to align timelines, scope, and sequencing based on regional insights and constraints.
  • Identify, scope, and lead process improvement programs that streamline launch execution, strengthen governance, and improve cycle times across regional planning and readiness activities.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for senior regional and global stakeholders.

What makes you successful:

  • Partner with business and functional leaders to define clear program objectives, scope, success metrics, and launch readiness criteria.
  • Build and execute integrated program plans covering regulatory, supply, commercial, operational, and customer readiness workstreams.
  • Anticipate and actively manage interdependencies across global and regional teams, resolving issues before they impact launch timelines.
  • Lead decision-making through structured governance, clear recommendations, and data-driven trade-offs.
  • Communicate with impact at all levels, delivering concise, transparent updates and escalating risks with clear mitigation plans.
  • Plan and drive tender launch execution end-to-end, ensuring bid timelines, stakeholder inputs, governance approvals, and post-award implementation are managed with clear accountability.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods to define root causes, standardize ways of working, and implement measurable process improvements (e.g., templates, cadence, dashboards) across regional launch and tender activities.
  • Turn post-launch learnings into prioritised optimisation initiatives, defining KPIs, owners, and delivery plans to improve customer experience, efficiency, and business results.
  • Track and report on launch outcomes, including timeliness, readiness, and post-launch stabilization, using defined KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
  • Apply strong change and stakeholder management skills to drive adoption and alignment in highly matrixed, cross-regional environments.
  • You must be fluent in English and a preference for one or more languages among Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree.
  • 8-12 years of progressive project or program management experience in a global, matrixed organization, with direct ownership of complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product and/or market launches across multiple countries, ideally in regulated or highly complex environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project / Program Management certification strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior regional and global leaders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.

What you’ll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:
