The Opportunity
Postman is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and market development in Japan. This role sits within Revenue Marketing and is focused on executing highly localized, relationship-driven programs that establish Postman’s presence and credibility in-market. You’ll work closely with sales to align marketing with account priorities and build strong engagement with key stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to operate in a relationship-first market and can execute programs that build trust and long-term pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Japan Pipeline Contribution & Market Development
- Execute regional marketing plans tailored to Japan
- Drive pipeline through high-touch, relationship-driven programs
- Support early market development and brand presence
Integrated Campaign Execution (Field + ABM + Digital)
- Execute localized programs including:
- In-person events and executive engagement
- Account-based marketing initiatives
- Digital support programs
- Ensure all execution is tailored to local expectations
Sales Partnership & Account Engagement
- Partner closely with Japan sales teams to:
- Identify and engage priority accounts
- Support relationship building and deal progression
- Align marketing efforts to long sales cycles and account needs
Events & Field Programs
- Execute high-touch programs including:
- Executive roundtables and VIP events
- Industry conferences and hosted experiences
- Focus on quality, trust, and long-term engagement
Localization & Market Insight
- Ensure deep localization of messaging, content, and experience
- Provide insights on market dynamics and buyer behavior
Performance & Pipeline Accountability
- Track pipeline contribution and program effectiveness
- Optimize programs based on long-term impact
About You
Experience
- 5–8+ years in field or regional marketing
- Experience in Japan market strongly preferred
- Proven ability to execute localized, relationship-driven programs
Skills & Approach
- Strong localization and cultural awareness
- Ability to build trust with enterprise stakeholders
- Patient, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Fluent in Japanese and English required
