About the role

Nasdaq Fintech RevOrg Lead, Asia Pacific

Hong Kong or Singapore

As RevOrg Lead for Asia Pacific, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, Nasdaq Fintech, you will be accountable for shaping and executing Nasdaq Fintech's commercial strategy across one of the most strategically significant markets in the world.

You will lead a regional revenue organisation of approximately 30 professionals and serve as Nasdaq Fintech's most senior commercial voice in the region — engaging clients, regulators, and industry leaders at the highest levels.

You'll thrive in this position if you bring executive presence, a track record of delivering complex enterprise growth, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams across diverse markets and cultures

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Nasdaq Fintech's revenue strategy across APAC, owning delivery of ACV bookings and driving double-digit growth in new logos, expansion, cross-sell, and renewals across the full product portfolio.
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of approximately 30 professionals spanning sales, account management, and solution directors — as a full people leader, not a player-coach.
  • Own executive-level relationships with tier-one banks, brokers, and market infrastructure clients — personally leading the region's most strategic accounts and driving adoption of Nasdaq's platforms including Eqlipse, AxiomSL, Calypso, and Nasdaq Surveillance.
  • Represent Nasdaq Fintech externally with regulators, industry bodies, and strategic partners, shaping the narrative around market modernisation, regulatory transformation, and AI adoption in capital markets.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Services teams to align regional go-to-market execution with global strategy and client delivery commitments.
  • Drive a disciplined pipeline, forecasting, and operating cadence — reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer as a member of the Global Revenue Leadership Team, peer to Regional Leaders across EMEA and the America

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive enterprise sales leadership experience in fintech, capital markets, or trading technology, with a demonstrated track record against ACV bookings targets in APAC.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams of 20 or more people across multiple markets and functions.
  • Deep, established relationships across tier-one banks, brokers, and market infrastructure institutions in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets technology, post-trade and regulatory environments, and digital transformation strategies — including familiarity with platforms such as Eqlipse, AxiomSL, Calypso, or Surveillance, or comparable market solutions.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at C-suite and board level — both externally with clients and internally across a global matrix organisation.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with strategic and services partners in the region to drive business growth.
  • Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, with the ability to travel regionally and globally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) or equivalent senior leadership development.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, platform-based fintech, and their application across capital markets and regulatory technology.
