Position Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Senior Manager, your focus is on quality control reviews of Rebates and Reporting, providing strategic leadership and cross-functional alignment for the quality assurance (QA) program, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. This role will allow you to ensure QA frameworks, processes, and teams deliver on business goals, partnering with leaders across functions to mitigate risk and elevate performance.

You will accomplish this by:

  • Leading the implementation and enhancement of QA frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.

  • Building, mentoring, and developing the QA team, setting clear expectations and driving a culture of high performance, learning, and accountability.

  • Overseeing quality outcomes, tracking key performance indicators, and communicating trends and risks to leadership.

  • Fostering cross-functional partnerships with business, finance, compliance, and IT to integrate best practices and drive continuous improvement.

  • Championing a proactive approach to compliance, identifying and mitigating emerging risks.

  • Guiding and supporting Quality Assurance Manager in escalation protocols, issue resolution, process improvements, and implementation of preventive measures.

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, analytics, and digital tools to strengthen QA performance and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in QA, Audit, Compliance, or Rebate Operations

  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing QA or audit functions

  • Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, process improvement, and risk mitigation

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and build consensus across functions

  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

  • Ability to travel up to 10% (including plane)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with rebate operations

  • Experience with QA automation tools or advanced analytics

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Quality, or related field; equivalent work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
