Key Responsibilities/职位描述
1.负责重庆部分区域宠物医院渠道的覆盖、分销和门店管理，确保达成负责区域的NSV和相关KPI目标
2.确保按标准执行公司的各种销售和市场行销活动
3.发展新客户并保证及时跟进
4.负责向客户（既有客户/潜在客户）传递公司的品牌理念和产品专业知识
5.负责实施各类消费者招募活动及产品知识的消费教育活动
6.定期和客户进行财务分析并制定合理的商业计划以确保客户盈利的可持续增长
7.收集市场上的各种信息（竞争者，新客户，串贷行为等）并及时汇报给上级经理
8.针对各种执行上的偏差，要及时采取纠偏行动方案以确保营业额的可持续增长
9.确保准时准确完成各项销售报表
10.确保产品和服务的无缝链接以确保顾客满意
Qualifications/任职条件
1.本科及以上学历，动物医学及动物科学专业毕业
2.在宠物行业相关公司有两年以上工作经验。
3.诚实，有责任心，有良好的团队合作精神。
4.优秀的谈判，沟通和协调能力。
5.良好的市场开发和客户服务经验
6.有能力在压力下工作
7.良好的能力使用微软办公软件。
