Objective of the position:
Generar nuevos modelos de negocio viables y asegurar factibilidad para la implementación.
Asegurar la gestión adecuada contratos de mantenimiento y garantías con áreas multidisciplinarias, control de los procesos administrativos y de sistemas que soporten la comercialización de contratos de mantenimiento para Clientes. Gestionar y agilizar los procesos de nuevos modelos de negocio con equipos internos y externos de Daimler.
Creación de Business Case en conjunto con área financiera para recibir aprobación correspondiente a nuevos modelos de negocio o servicios.
Proporcionar soporte para la comercialización de contratos y negocios contribuyendo al cumplimiento del objetivo del área.

Main Functions:
- Costeo de planes demantenimiento preventivos, pre-correctivos para unidades Freightliner desde la venta de unidades nuevas oa unidades usadas en sus diferentes configuraciones, así como monitoreo de precios en el mercado
- Detección, análisis y soluciones a necesidades del mercado que favorezcan la adopción de la marca y lealtad con nuestros clientes
- Ideación e innovación de nuevos modelos de negocio o servicios, que generen rentabilidad a la compañía, sustentado por un BCA, aprobado por el área financiera
- Asegurar gestión adecuada de contratos de mantenimiento y garantías, creación de nuevos modelos o esquemas, generación de propuestas de valor que involucren el ecosistema completo de servicios.
- Evaluación y aprobación de cotizaciones en sistema y realización de aprobación de solicitudes y/o reclamos para pago a distribuidores.
- Análisis y evaluación de los servicios realizados por la red de distribuidores, establecidos en la literatura técnica Freightliner.
- Asegurar la óptima operación de los clientes, detectando y tomando acciones en fallas nuevas que se presentan en México para brindar soluciones con el equipo Daimler que aplique.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento de los KPI’s establecidos por el cliente, reuniones de evaluación de resultados mensuales.
