Marketing Specialist (Marketing Communication)

 

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our China marketing team. You will be primarily responsible for executing communication strategies to existing customers via email and WeCom, ensuring messages are accurate, timely, and effective. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, optimizing details, and driving results through data.

What you’ll do

Customer Communication Management

  • Align with internal business teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product) to collect and clarify customer communication needs, including content, target audience, and scheduling.
  • Assist in developing monthly/quarterly email communication plans aligned with business goals.

Email & WeCom Execution

  • Use Braze, BesChannels, and other tools to set up email templates, segment audiences, run A/B tests, and configure automation workflows.
  • Manage customer messaging via WeCom, ensuring content consistency across channels.
  • Ensure all communications comply with brand guidelines, localization requirements, and compliance policies.

Campaign Deployment & System Management

  • Monitor email delivery to ensure timely and accurate customer outreach.
