YOUR MISSION
We are one of the fastest growing startups in Europe and the way we want to grow is making every city profitable! To reach this goal, we need a 360º, analytical and results driven person to join our Finance team, playing a critical role to drive automation and efficiency in accounting and controlling.
THE JOURNEY
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Work closely with our regional teams in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Financial Statements based on IFRS and group reporting standards (ERP implementations, etc.).
- Set up controls to confirm all financial data is accurate and up to group reporting requirements.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual local closing process.
- Assist with external audits.
- Help build, re-structure and organize processes to streamline reporting and strengthen financial processes across the organization.
- Work alongside an experienced team of international finance talent.
- Provide comments on the reported financials to support in finance management decision making.
- Support the implementation of reporting solutions that facilitate the goal of automation and self-service.
- Identify improvement opportunities alongside local teams and build strong relationships in fast a growing environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
- +4 years’ experience in Finance, Audit or related Controlling fields.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- G Suite expertise (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expertise (Excel).
- Experience in the implementation of projects, processes and procedures.
- A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data.
- The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines, with a sense of personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work.
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Hands-on profile and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Reporting Software, particularly OneStream.
- Spanish proficency.
- Former Big 4.
