The Opportunity

This position works at Icerenkoy location in the In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, and execute congresses, events, and training activities end-to-end 
• Prepare and manage congress and event budgets, and coordinate financial approval processes with Finance teams 
• Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to ensure alignment of budget and operational processes 
• Prepare and follow up on contracts (including agencies, distributors, and partners) 
• Ensure all congresses and events are completed in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies 
• Ensure timely and accurate use of internal systems to support seamless process execution 
• Coordinate and monitor payment, reconciliation, and invoicing processes 
• Track and regularly update marketing budgets in line with event activities 
• Plan and coordinate operational aspects of local and international events (flights, accommodation, transfers, etc.) 
• Collaborate closely with field teams to plan and ensure timely completion of training and similar activities 
• Execute processes in line with compliance requirements and ensure all required documentation is complete and readily available 
• Prepare and deliver regular weekly and monthly activity reports 
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders 
• 
   

  Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in congress, event management, or similar roles 
• Good knowledge of Ministry of Health regulations and compliance processes 
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Finance teams 
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) 
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills 
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
