Responsibilities:

• Order Processing - Need to process orders received from Trade & ensure material is delivered to them.
• Logistics and Dispatch Coordination: - Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatches from the factory and manage transporter arrangements for delivery. Keep track of dispatches
• Account Receivable Management- Maintain detailed records of open invoices and deductions. Follow-up with trade to get discrepancy resolved.
• Customer Claim Management- Need to ensure deduction done by trade is genuine & as per terms. Preparing & submitting claim to finance against the claim provision in system.
• Support KAM & Sales team by providing different data & details required from time to time by them or by trade.

Qualifications:

Graduate
Worked as DM/TL at MT store/category team for 3 years, having knowledge of backend process followed by MT
Worked in similar role
