Ensure the constant flow of inputs, parts and components, as well as machinery, equipment and MrO of Import in the same way in the process of export shipments ensure that they are sent in time and in form according to the requirements of the requesting departments. Carry out the assigned tasks according to the area assigned to the Customs assistant.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of virtual import and export invoices in the Annex 24 System.
• Preparation of import invoices and filling out the check list.
• Preparation of consolidated export invoices as well as the generation of customs documents for clearance in both customs.
• Preparation of import and final export invoices as well as documents for clearance in both customs.
• Preparation of import of chemicals as well as approval process in both customs as well as documents for clearance in both customs.
• Generation of virtual petitions in SAAI
• Generation of consolidated petitions in SAAI.
• Generation of Spreadsheet of import pedimentos.
• Perform audit of high security seals and register it.
• Record the tracking of imports and exports in the log.
• Tracking shipments via GPS.
• Actively participate in the area assigned to it in accordance with the requirements of the department.
• Comply with the guidelines of the security standards of the C-TPAT and OAS profile.
• Maintain the physical and electronic file of the operations it performs.
• Comply with the standard of 5's + S.
Basic requirements:
• Professional career completed at the bachelor's level.
• Knowledge and management of computer systems.
• Bilingual 50%
• Availability of schedule.
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Management and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Management and knowledge of Annex 24
