Job Description
What You Will Do
- Lead and program‑manage the development, launch, activation, and enablement of Service Growth Initiatives across EMEALA by collaborating closely with Service, Operations, and Sales leaders at regional, country, and branch levels.
- Track, analyze, and report individual country performance on growth initiatives, ensuring progress toward EMEALA and country‑level growth targets.
- Represent the region in regular cadence meetings, clearly presenting the status, progress, and outcomes of all assigned programs.
- Facilitate discussions with EMEALA service leadership and regional/country teams to identify root causes of underperforming KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Execute best‑in‑class program management practices, including cadence planning, impact tracking, and structured problem solving.
- Deliver value‑added analytics using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support informed decision‑making and accelerate service growth.
How You Will Do It
- Work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders across regions, functions, and branches to ensure alignment, timely delivery of program milestones, and achievement of growth outcomes.
- Apply strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to synthesize business performance data, identify trends, and proactively address issues.
- Use structured program management methodologies to coordinate deliverables, monitor progress, and maintain high visibility of all initiatives.
- Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, transparency, and actionable insights.
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Office skills and analytical tools to build dashboards, reports, and performance summaries that support strategic decisions.
- Maintain resilience and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
