2026 Campus Recruiting and AI Innovation Sophomore Summer Internship

The Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Campus Recruiting Summer Intern. A successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter who is passionate about working with people. As well as taking pride in the delivery of your work, you will be able to demonstrate close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, helping us explore AI-powered ways to streamline our workflow. You will create strong relationships, be able to communicate effectively, and pilot AI projects that improve scheduling, data tracking, and candidate engagement. The Campus Recruiting Intern will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Team to develop a big-picture understanding of our campus hiring business, brand & values and act as a champion of our tagline “Talent is our Strategy.”   
 

What you’ll do 

As a Campus Recruiting Intern, you will support the campus recruiting team in managing the summer internship, planning for fall campus recruiting, and assisting with the overall coordination of our intern hiring process. In addition, you will work on:  

• Assisting in the development and implementation of the internship program, including event scheduling, managing calendar invites and managing presentations 

• Planning and coordinating events for the fall campus programming such as workshops, seminars, networking events, and social activities goaiiosdataanalyticsmarketing
