As a Baker, you will bring recipes to life with precision, creativity, and care. From preparing doughs and pastries to ensuring every item meets our high standards, your work will delight guests from the very first bite. THE STARTING RATE: $18.55 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods by following our recipes and yield guides

• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries

• Keep our kitchen vibrant and efficient by maintaining well-stocked, clean, and sanitized work areas that inspire creativity

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Exhibits 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking

• Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Demonstrates a passion for pastry and baking

• Enjoys experimenting with flavors and presentations while meticulously following recipes to ensure consistent quality
