Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and own product strategy for a major domain (e.g., Digital Conversion, QTI, Service Experience, Enterprise Partnerships)

  • Translate company objectives into clear product vision, roadmap, and execution plans

  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to increase conversion, retention, and operational efficiency

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization

  • Partner closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and Architecture to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

  • Ensure product decisions balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define success metrics and KPIs tied to business outcomes (conversion, bind rate, retention, agent productivity)

  • Leverage data, experimentation, and user feedback to inform prioritization and iteration

  • Drive a culture of measurable impact, not output

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Service, Carrier Partnerships, and Technology

  • Align competing priorities and drive decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments

  • Act as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution

Customer & Agent Experience

  • Deeply understand agent workflows and client journeys across digital and hybrid models

  • Identify friction points in quoting, binding, servicing, and bundling experiences

  • Champion solutions that simplify complexity without sacrificing capability

Platform & Integration Thinking

  • Drive product decisions that account for carrier integrations, APIs, and third-party dependencies

  • Balance short-term wins with long-term platform scalability and extensibility

  • Contribute to architectural discussions with a strong understanding of system design trade-offs

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years operating at a senior or principal level

  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong experience with digital platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy ecosystems

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across engineering, business, and executive teams

  • Deep analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact

  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace models is strongly preferred
