We’re on the lookout for a passionate Key Account Manager covering our Corporate Distributors to help shape the future of Mars NZ’s Snacking segment.

This is more than a sales role—it’s your chance to lead high-impact initiatives, bring bold account plans to life, and fuel category and brand growth in one of our most exciting channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive sales performance, including trade investment and net sales growth
  • Manage accurate forecasting to support business planning
  • Turn category insights into actions that drive impact
  • Build strong customer relationships with regular WIPs, Ways of Working, and Joint Business Plans
