This position reports to:

R&D Team Lead

Key responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

Designing components and parts using CAD software
Setting up test arrangements and fixtures for prototype evaluation
Conducting laboratory testing and experimental activities
Supporting projects through documentation and research activities
Limited flexibility for remote work due to the hands-on and production-related nature of the role

Qualifications for the role

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with CAD software, proficient use of Microsoft 365 applications, and knowledge of engineering materials are considered an advantage
Good written and spoken German and English language skills
Interest in experimental work, the analysis of technical challenges, and laboratory activities
Ability to independently familiarize oneself with new technologies and processes
Solution-oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
