Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Analytics Consultant to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will liaise with clients to present insights
and recommendations that are both strategic and tactical. This role requires a keen ability to transform data into actionable insights, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to narrate compelling data stories.


Key Responsibilities
❑ Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with CS and/or clients, acting as the primary point of contact for analytics engagements.
❑ Data Analysis: Collect and analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
❑ Insight Generation: Convert data into actionable insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions.
❑ Communication: Present findings and recommendations to CS and/or clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
❑ Presentation creation: Support in presentation creation on technically complex programs, adapting reporting styles to the needs of different clients,
audiences and situations
❑ Insights and Recommendation: Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to clients based on data insights.
❑ Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives around data insights to help clients understand complex concepts and drive action.
❑ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
❑ Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and analytical techniques to continuously enhance the quality of insights provided

❑ Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey complex information to clients in a manner that is easy to understand.
❑ Data Storytelling: Strong ability to discern a story within the data and narrate it compellingly.
❑ Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in converting data into actionable insights. Has a passion for discovering patterns in large data sets
❑ Strategic Thinking: Capability to provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on data insights.
❑ Client-Focused: Dedication to understanding and addressing client needs and challenges.
❑ Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
❑ Continuous Learner: Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
❑ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Qualifications
❑ Has a Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics).
❑ Proven experience in an analytics or consulting role.
❑ Adept in presentation and communication skills.
❑ Good to have: Hands-on experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL).
