Job Description

As a Senior B2B Sales Manager, you will be the primary architect of our next phase of growth. This is not just a lead-generation role; it is a high-stakes senior position requiring a deep "black book" of existing relationships within the iGaming ecosystem. You will leverage iGate’s cutting-edge technological solutions, including our innovative gamification mechanics and adaptive bonus engines - to displace legacy providers and secure high-value partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience specifically within the iGaming, Betting, or Fintech sectors
  • A proven, active network of C-level and Head-level decision-makers at major iGaming operators
  • Strong understanding of iGaming platform architecture, including API integrations, payment gateways, and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML)
  • Verifiable history of exceeding multi-million euro annual sales targets and closing complex SaaS deals
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex legal and commercial frameworks
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet partners and attend international trade shows

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire Tier-1 and Tier-2 sized iGaming operators globally, shifting market share from competitors to iGate
  • Own the full executive sales cycle, from initial high-level prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing
  • Translate iGate’s technical advantages (AI-driven personalization, real-time analytics) into compelling commercial value propositions for prospects
  • Represent iGate at major global events (ICE, iGB, Sigma) as a thought leader and key industry connector
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting and market intelligence within CRM systems, providing the business with actionable insights on competitor movements
