About the role

Due to a structural change within our planning function, were seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our team on a 12month fixedterm contract, with a possibility of extension or permanency.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you’ll drive weekly and monthly supply planning processes for our retail portfolio. You’ll consolidate data across multiple sites, support integrated business planning (IBP) reviews, and escalate risks or constraints to enable informed decision‑making at a senior level. The role works closely with operations, commercial teams and site stakeholders to ensure consistent planning processes and high‑quality reporting across the network.

  • Drive weekly and monthly supply planning cycles for retail products

  • Compile and consolidate supply attainment data across all manufacturing sites

  • Prepare, manage and present reports that feed into integrated business planning forums

  • Lead and support IBP meetings, highlighting risks, constraints and improvement opportunities

  • Escalate supply issues (e.g. shortages, capacity challenges) to senior leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of planning processes across the network

  • Support cross‑functional collaboration between supply, operations and commercial teams

About you

You’re an experienced supply planning professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and is comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven experience in Supply Planning (essential)

  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes (essential)

  • Strong analytical and logical problem‑solving skills

  • Advanced Excel capability

  • SAP experience (essential)

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities

  • Willingness to learn and receive training where required

  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments is highly regarded.
