Job Description Summary

The Private Banking Executive works alongside Private Banking Managers (PBM), helping to relationship manage a portfolio of Private Banking customers, whilst supporting the PBM with various administrative tasks such as appointment booking. There is shared responsibility to deepen the relationship with the customer base through exploring stated and unstated needs and supporting with customer queries that the team receive.

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office hubs mentioned above

What you’ll be doing

This is a great opportunity to build your career in Private Banking while supporting a diverse portfolio of entrepreneur clients.

As a Private Banking Executive, you’ll work closely with Private Banking Managers to support the day‑to‑day relationship management of entrepreneurs, founders and owner‑managed businesses. You’ll help deliver a high‑quality client experience by responding to queries, preparing for client meetings and coordinating activity across internal and external specialist teams.

You’ll support clients with tailored solutions across banking, lending, investments and wealth services, guiding them to the right channels and support at the right time. Alongside client interaction, you’ll provide important operational and administrative support to ensure relationships are managed smoothly and professionally, contributing to positive outcomes and long‑term client trust.

Essentials Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in a client‑facing role within banking, wealth or financial services

  • Experience supporting High Net Worth or affluent clients

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to manage queries and priorities effectively

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn

And any experience of these would be great

  • Exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management or entrepreneur clients

  • Experience working within regulated financial environments
