Job Description Summary

The Senior Private Banking Executive role is to support the generation of new external client relationships from across a range of agreed industry sectors helping them to achieve their financial goals and aspirations through offering Banking, Specialist Lending, Investments, Estate Planning & Trust services as well as referrals to our internal and external partners, tailored to individual client circumstances.Responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and meeting client needs and ensuring liaison with all appropriate parts of LBG in order to ensure first class standards of service.
Assists in the planning of executing of events and assist Directors and Managers in relationship managing some of our biggest clients and stakeholders

JOB TITLE: Senior Private Banking Executive – Sports Entertainment and Entrepreneurs

LOCATION: London

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office hubs mentioned above

What you’ll be doing

This role sits at the heart of our growing Entrepreneurs proposition and offers the chance to build deep sector experience while working closely with senior Private Banking stakeholders.

As a Senior Private Banking Executive, you’ll support Private Banking Managers and Directors with some of our largest and most complex entrepreneur clients. You’ll contribute to client meetings, relationship planning and delivery, ensuring clients receive seamless, joined‑up support across banking, lending, investments and estate planning.

You’ll help manage relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and owner‑managed businesses, using market and sector insight to support proactive engagement and excellent service. Alongside client activity, you’ll play an important role in planning and delivering client and colleague events, strengthening relationships and showcasing the Entrepreneurs proposition. You’ll also build strong relationships with internal and external introducers to support quality referrals and sustainable growth.

Essentials Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience supporting High Net Worth client relationships within Private Banking, Wealth or a similar environment

  • Understanding of the financial services landscape and the needs of entrepreneur clients

  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A collaborative mindset with growing confidence in stakeholder engagement

And any experience of these would be great

  • Supporting complex or vulnerable client situations

  • Experience contributing to events or client engagement initiatives
