Junior Logistics Specialist

Team Summary

We are a close-knit team of three Logistics Specialists managing the end-to-end lifecycle, accounting, and compliance of specialized client devices. We specialize in international import and export procedures, coordinating directly with customs brokers to ensure seamless cross-border clearance. Internally, the team oversees secure warehouse operations, meticulous asset inventory, and the financial administration of logistics services through purchase orders. Our practices rely on real-time data logging and hands-on control, guaranteeing absolute asset traceability and smooth cross-functional collaboration

Job Summary

In this role, you will conduct inventory audits, oversee device distribution, and handle the financial administration of logistics services, and partially manage end-to-end import and export procedures for client devices

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage accurate asset inventory and coordinate device distribution across the company
• Oversee secure warehouse operations
• Manage end-to-end import and export procedures for devices from various clients
• Create and track purchase orders (POs) for delivery, customs clearance, and associated logistics services (when needed)
• Transfer boxes with devices around the warehouse and office

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in databases, like Freshservice (or similar) or Excel Spreadsheets
• Strong accountability, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Proven teamwork, critical thinking, and effective communication skills
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• This position is also suitable for students

Nice to have

• Ability to prepare and complete the documentation necessary for exporting goods from Ukraine
• Foundational technical knowledge of home security systems (CCTV cameras, alarm systems)
