Summary

  • Reporting to the Regional TA Lead – APAC, you will establish a best-in-class operational framework for TA within region.  This framework will enable process optimization, drive efficiency and quality whilst unlocking productivity and value for the business. 
  • With expertise in project management, you will manage a portfolio of change projects to evolve operations which will include vendor / supplier management, continuous improvement, tech enablement, and process redesign. 
  • Managing TA Operations and Change for an assigned region(s), you will represent local business need - proposing and implementing changes in the parameters of local labour law, alignment to TA strategy and global consistency where achievable. 

What you will be doing:

  • Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high operational standards (aligned to the GBS OS) for talent acquisition within region(s). This involves ensuring consistent processes, metrics, and best practices are implemented to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • End-to-End Hiring Process Management: You will oversee recruitment process standards from requisition to onboarding and ensure an effective and consistent governance framework is in place.
  • Project Management: You will manage a portfolio of change and optimization projects to evolve operational delivery and strive for operational excellence.  This involves identifying areas for enhancement, implementing process improvements, and measuring the impact of these changes. You will also leverage best in class data and analytics, gaining insight to make data-driven decisions.
  • Vendor management: Working with the Global TA Operations and Change Manager and relevant Regional TA Lead you will drive continuous improvement of delivery via our supplier network, as well as internal teams involved in the talent acquisition process. This entails building strong partnerships, setting expectations, and ensuring best practice delivery. You will also work together to optimise vendor relationships, technology platforms, and tools to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance Framework: Working with the TA Operations and Change Manager and relevant Regional TA Lead you will maintain a governance and risk framework to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition. This encompasses both our internal RR processes as well as external governance frameworks are maintained and operational by our supplier network.  
  • Continuous Improvement: You will support continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.
  • Knowledge Base Management: You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of talent acquisition processes, policies, and best practices for your region(s). This resource will be accessible to internal stakeholders and will serve as a reference for consistent execution and training.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable project management in driving operational change and improvements
  • Required 9-14 years of experience in TA operations.
  • Good understanding of operating systems and frameworks – ideally with proven experience of successfully implementing or managing operating systems in a previous role
  • Understanding of permanent and contingent hire processes, policies and legislation
  • Strong knowledge of operational talent acquisition best practice business assurance processes, policy management and compliance
  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively cross functionally / division to deliver change.
