This position reports to:

HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Support updating employee data according to organizational change, employee lifecycle management and documentation;
Support on internal communication, for example: organize townhall meeting and focus group communication
Provide administrative support on internal trainings, team events and workshop, etc.
Timely tasks assigned by HRBP. (Such as information consolidation, HR related record sorting/scanning and so on.)

Qualifications for the role

University student with major in HR or management related;
Familiar with office 365;
Quick learner and active leaning attitude;
Good teamwork and communication skill;
Good reading/writing skills in both Chinese and English;
