Founded in 1996, Air Liquide Vietnam is the leading industrial gas supplier in the country with country wide coverage. Our operations include more than 10 production units at different sites across the country: Yen Phong and Que Vo (Bac Ninh Province), Yen Binh (Thai Nguyen), Saigon High Tech Park (Ho Chi Minh City). How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs, structure workforce plans, and align organization design with business objectives.;
- Work with CoE TA team to ensure the timely hiring of qualified talent, implement effective onboarding programs, and ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.;
- Work with CoE TD team to establish and monitor performance management systems, succession planning, and career development programs that build leadership pipelines and enhance employee potential.;
- Work with CoE TR team to ensure Indonesia has competitive remuneration and incentive frameworks aligned with company policy, market benchmarks, and internal equity to drive motivation and retention;
- Champion capability-building initiatives through continuous learning, leadership training, and organizational development programs that promote agility and growth.;
- Maintain positive industrial relations through collaboration with union representatives, foster open communication, manage grievances, and strengthen employee engagement across all levels.;
- Ensure HR practices comply with all labor laws, local regulations, and internal standards. Lead updates to company policies and procedures reflecting regulatory and business changes.;
- Reinforce company values and culture through effective internal communications, recognition programs, and corporate social responsibility initiatives that enhance brand reputation and employee pride;
- Oversee accurate HR data management, analytics, and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement;
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and Management Committee, providing insights and recommendations on people strategy, organizational transformation, and change management.
Are you a MATCH?
- Possess 10 to 15 years of progressively human resources experience, reflecting a solid track record of professional growth.
- A background working within multinational corporations is highly preferred, as it demonstrates the ability to navigate complex and diverse business landscapes.
- Having proven knowledge and success in driving human resources transformation initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in Industrial Relations Management and certification in Human Resources Management is also expected.
- Requires comprehensive, hands-on experience across key functions, including the learning and talent development, compensation and benefits, recruitment process and industrial relations.
- Business Understanding, encompassing market knowledge, international exposure & broad business awareness.
- Possesses a responsive and service-oriented professional equipped with exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
