Opportunity for exceptional talent to join our Nordics team in Luxembourg as Associate, Sales Coverage Support. We are looking for a collaborative, proactive individual with a strong client service mindset.
You will support Senior Relationship Managers in covering a diverse client base (family offices, UHNWI, foundations, entrepreneurs) and play a key role in delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Working closely with both clients and internal stakeholders (product, credit, risk, legal, compliance, operations), you will manage account-related queries and support processes across the full Wealth Management lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Support Senior Relationship Managers in identifying new business opportunities through client and market research within the Nordic coverage.
Act as a key coordination and administrative point of contact, ensuring smooth collaboration between Relationship Managers and stakeholders.
Maintain regular client interaction, handling day-to-day operational queries and ensuring a high standard of service.
Manage client onboarding and KYC processes, including preparing accurate client profiles and engaging with clients and their representatives.
Prepare client meetings (materials, presentations, minutes) and perform periodic client reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor client accounts and contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and overall client experience.
Skills:
Strong client focus with excellent communication skills.
Solid problem solving ability with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Well organized with a high degree of reliability and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Positive, proactive and solution oriented mindset
0 to 4 years of relevant experience within financial services or a related field.
University degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English. Proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage but not a requirement.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
