It provides easy access to corporate offices, shopping centers, and entertainment venues. Open since July 2016, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The hotel offers a range of rooms and suites designed with a blend of modern luxury and Indonesian culture. These accommodations are equipped with top-notch amenities and offer cityscape views. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, social media, and content initiatives for Four Seasons Jakarta. This role focuses on driving brand preference, increasing revenue, and delivering data-driven marketing performance.
You will work closely with the Director of Public Relations & Marketing to execute impactful campaigns across digital channels and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize all digital channels (FS.com, app, OTA platforms, Google Business Profile, etc.)
- Execute performance-driven campaigns (SEO, PPC, META Ads, email, display)
- Oversee online reputation, reviews, and community responses
- Coordinate with agency partners and digital platforms (Chope, Grab Dine Out, etc.)
- Monitor digital performance, analytics, and competitor benchmarking
- Drive direct channel growth and guest engagement
Social Media
- Lead content strategy, planning, and execution across hotel and F&B channels
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos) aligned with brand standards
- Manage influencers, KOLs, and content creators
- Monitor trends, conversations, and audience engagement
- Deliver clear reporting and performance insights
Content & Creative
- Oversee photoshoots and video productions (concept to execution)
- Ensure strong visual storytelling aligned with luxury positioning
- Collaborate with hotel teams to create impactful marketing collateral
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and optimize performance using Adobe Analytics and other tools
- Provide monthly KPI reports covering campaigns, SEO, paid media, and social
- Identify growth opportunities using Google Travel & Hotel Insights
Marketing & PR Support
- Assist in campaigns, media collaborations, and promotional materials
- Support PR storytelling and content creation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and digital analytics
- Experience managing agencies, influencers, and content production
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Creative eye with photography/video capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Adobe/InDesign is a plus)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
