Join Our Multinational Team as a Key Account Manager!

Your role:

In this role, you will become a vital contributor to the sustainable growth of PPG’s Protective Coatings Infrastructure business and team. Valuable assets, e.g. bridges and port facilities exposed to various atmospheric conditions need the highest quality of coatings to protect bridges and port facilities against the elements. Protecting these assets while safeguarding a cleaner environment is our mission.

With your strong knowledge of the market and equipped with our advanced product solutions, you will be able to build solid and lasting relationships with key customers.

In this role you will be part of a well experienced and motivated team both locally and regionally. A team with high ethical standards, commitment to quality and loyal to customers and colleagues. What we expect from you is to:

  • Develop durable customer relations across all levels in the value chain.

  • Gain knowledge of the industry, our products, and our tools to become the go-to coating advisor for your customers.

  • Identify, support and drive innovation from and to the market that enhances our customers’ sustainability and productivity.

  • Sell our products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales, margin and opportunity targets.

  • Plan and lead impactful visits to customers.

  • Prepare Key Account plans, build and maintain your Sales pipeline in Salesforce.com

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Grow your internal network to learn, get support and accelerate the above.

How you qualify for the job:

  • Proven (technical) sales skills in a Business to Business environment such as the Infrastructure sector - preferably with >5 years of experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Team player.

  • Ambition and drive to learn and develop towards potential next career moves.

  • Proficiency in Polish and English
