As the Enterprise Business Team Intern, you will assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.

Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Business Team Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions while helping drive collaboration, process improvement, and operational excellence. This position will be a full-time internship and is remote, operating on EST hours. The internship dates are June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication

  • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and collaborative efforts to support operational efficiency

  • Identify bottlenecks, misalignments, or areas of inefficiency within and between teams, and propose actionable solutions

  • Leverage technology and fresh perspectives to recommend strategies for improving processes and fostering collaboration

  • Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to discover specific strengths and interests, contributing to both personal growth and organizational success

  • Participate in meetings to observe, understand, and learn team functions, fostering collaboration across various sectors of the business to ensure alignment and shared goals

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Undergraduate student at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, or a related field

  • Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Enthusiasm for learning, adapting, and contributing to a dynamic team environment

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

  • Experience leading or participating in team-based academic, extracurricular, or volunteer projects

  • Interest in business operations, process improvement, or project management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience creating documentation, presentations, or process workflows

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
