Role Overview
The Junior SDR plays a foundational role in fueling top‑of‑funnel growth for the mid‑market segment. This role focuses primarily on generating and qualifying Net New Name pipeline through early‑stage prospecting activities, supporting inbound lead flow — especially digital campaign and field marketing - and outbound efforts when needed.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and build strong prospecting fundamentals within a high‑performing GTM team.
Key Responsibilities
Top‑of‑Funnel Pipeline Generation (Primary Focus)
Support mid‑market Net New Name pipeline growth through early‑stage prospecting and qualification.
Conduct initial outreach via email, phone, social, and other channels to engage potential prospects.
Adhere to Inbound process KPIs and SLAs.
Consistently report to Marketing and Sales on Marketing Qualified Leads progression.
Research accounts and contacts to identify fit, interest, and potential buying triggers.
Maintain consistent activity levels and contribute to meeting‑setting goals for the mid‑market segment.
Partner with Sales Executives to drive pipeline activities for the assigned region.
Qualifications
0–1 years of SDR, BDR, or customer‑facing experience (internships welcome).
Native-level English proficiency.
Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and confident.
Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn fast.
Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment.
Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, or marketing funnels is a plus.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a team‑first mindset.
