Role Summary and Impact 

  • Design the annual and tactical Influencer Marketing strategy for the Coca-Cola portfolio, including macro-projects such as FWC 2026.
  • Define success KPIs, conversion funnels, and measurement methodologies (ROI, Sentiment, CPA).
  • Act as a strategic consultant (C-Level) for Content Managers, defending and justifying recommendations with data.
  • Orchestrate the integration of the influencer strategy with other WPP disciplines (Media, PR, Social).
  • Oversee risk mitigation and ensure total Brand Safety in all activations.

 

Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, International Business, or Advertising. A postgraduate degree or master's degree in Digital Marketing, Strategy, or Data Analytics is desirable.
  • English advanced
  • Required experience in transnational network agencies managing Tier 1 Mass Market Consumer Goods (FMCG) accounts. Proven experience in macro-event campaigns, global sponsorships, or Sports Marketing is required.
  • 7 to 9 years of general experience in Digital Marketing or PR, with at least 4 to 5 years leading Influencer Marketing strategies.
