General Description:
The Senior Manager, Procurement Technology is responsible for the support, sustainment, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP Ariba-based procurement capabilities with the broader procurement ecosystem. The role partners with Procurement, Finance, Quality/Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions across Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes. This will be a highly collaborative role partnering with procurement and technology teams to deliver leading solutions encompassing AI, Automation & Analytics.
This position focuses additionally on how SAP Ariba integrates with SAP MM and other procurement applications, ensuring stable operations, effective change delivery, and strong user experience across guided buying, supplier onboarding (SLP), sourcing, invoicing and related capabilities.
Essential Functions of the Job:
As a Program Manager, you will work hands-on across operational support and enhancement delivery while collaborating closely with business partners and other solution teams. You will:
- Support AMS teams and continuous improvement for SAP Ariba (guided buying, sourcing, supplier onboarding/SLP).
- Act as point of contact for Ariba integrations with SAP MM and other procurement applications; manage triage, RCA, and resolution and configuration where able
- Lead requirements, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design to improve compliance, efficiency, and UX.
- Partner with Procurement stakeholders on prioritization and roadmap development.
- Drive delivery across SDLC (design, configure/build, test, deploy, hypercare) with strong documentation and controls.
- Improve supplier onboarding processes and data quality; support supplier master synchronization and governance workflows.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT, including test cases, defect management, and release readiness.
- Create/maintain functional specs, process documentation, training and communications.
- Monitor adoption/performance; use data and feedback to drive standardization and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to audit, control, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with vendors/partners and internal teams for stable, scalable integrations.
- Identify and support AI, Analytics & general automation opportunities across the procurement landscape
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience supporting/enhancing SAP Ariba solutions (guided buying, sourcing, supplier onboarding/SLP).
- Strong understanding of P2P/S2P processes and integration to SAP.
- Experience with integrations and operational support (incident/problem/change).
- SDLC experience: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, support.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Life sciences/pharmaceutical experience (highly recommended) in regulated environments.
- Experience with Ariba integration patterns and integration components (e.g., middleware/integration gateways).
- SAP S/4HANA integration exposure and SAP MM procurement process knowledge.
- Supplier onboarding governance and supplier master data quality experience.
- SAP Ariba and/or SAP certifications.
- Global process standardization / rollout experience.

Salary Range Poland: 276,000.00 PLN - 345,000.00 PLN
