Manager / Senior Manager – Hosting Services

We are looking for a seasoned Cloud & On‑Prem Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and management of hybrid IT infrastructure environments. This role requires strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Hypervisors, Datacenter operations, Windows/Linux platforms, and VMware virtualization, with proven leadership in managing large‑scale enterprise infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Lead the hybrid infrastructure strategy (cloud + on Prem) ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
• Architect and manage Azure cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, networking and security).
• Oversee datacenter operations including server, Hardware and disaster recovery.
• Manage Hypervisor platforms (VMware, Nutanix) and optimize virtualization environments.
• Ensure Windows and Linux server administration, patching, and compliance.
• Drive cloud migration projects and modernization of legacy workloads.
• Implement monitoring, automation, and orchestration tools for efficiency.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Establish governance aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 27019, IEC 62443, and energy sector compliance standards.
• Vendor management and contract negotiations for cloud and datacenter services.
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers across cloud and on Prem domains.

Experience, Education and other Required:

• Experience: 15+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture and administration.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, and datacenter operations.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Proven track record in cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Certifications preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), MCSE, RHCE.
• ITIL v4 certification is an added advantage.
