We are looking for a “Sales Zone Manager” to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for achieving sales volume and dealer sales targets, including model mix optimization.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on zone performance, identifying key issues and opportunities; provide accurate forecasts.
  • Implement and execute commercial strategies across dealers (campaigns, bonus and animation programs, new model launches, etc.).
  • Ensure optimal dealer stock levels for both wholesale and display units, maintaining the appropriate model mix.
  • Oversee the execution of local marketing activities and advertisements at dealer level, in alignment with guidance from the marketing department.
  • Continuously monitor showroom traffic, lead and test drive performance; proactively analyse customer flow, drive improvement actions, and regularly inform relevant departments.
  • Ensure dealer operations are aligned with customer satisfaction targets and brand standards.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance of dealer facilities with Corporate Identity (CI) and branding standards.
  • Prepare and submit Contact Reports following dealer visits and share with Headquarters.
  • Complete and report dealer visit checklists in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct monthly visits to all dealers within the assigned zone.

What we are looking for:

  • University degree (4-year Bachelor’s degree)
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry
  • Knowledge in other sales management functions
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Result-oriented
  • Good command of Turkish and English both spoken and written
  • Good level of MS Office applications
  • No travel restrictions
