Cele:

• Przygotowanie i modyfikacji receptur farb
• Rozwój osobisty w zakresie technologii farb
• Współpraca z Działem Marketingu i Działem Technicznym
• Samodzielnie tworzenie planów działania i ich egzekwowanie
• Współpraca z dostawcami surowców
• Wsparcie działu produkcyjnego podczas wdrażania nowych wyrobów
• Udział w międzynarodowych projektach badawczych
• Obsługa nowoczesnego sprzętu badawczego

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne z zakresu chemii lub pokrewne
• Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
• Komunikatywność, umiejętność pracy w zespole
• Samodzielność, rzetelność, sumienność, kreatywność
• Bardzo dobra umiejętność organizacji czasu pracy
• Wysoka motywacja do pracy i umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się
• Umiejętność skutecznego działania pod presją czasu
• Doświadczenie w pracy laboratoryjnej z chemikaliami
• Prawo jazdy kat. B mile widziane
