Recognizing that our people are the most important capital in our business. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr Field Sales Representative to support our sales Department. This role will act as a key support to the team, assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong, capable professional with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, who can efficiently manage multiple priorities and support the sales team’s day-to-day operations.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team activities.

  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and data management related to sales activities.

  • Prepare quotations and arrange actions for the software renewal business via SalesForce.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, sales reports, and correspondence.

  • Ensure smooth office operations for the Sales Department, handling ad hoc administrative requests efficiently.

  • Direct communicate with existing customers and prospects for sales related activities supporting EMEA wide (international business)

  • Participate in calls with customers and business related discussions

  • Participate in the forecast activities of the sales team

  • Contribute to process improvements within the department to enhance workflow and efficiency.

  • Organize and maintain of physical and electronic file

 Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge and fluency in English  (written and verbal)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong “can-do” mindset.

  • Team working approach and collaboration skills

  • Multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting sales, commercial or finance teams is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when required

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ad hoc requests.

  • Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus. 

  • Ability to participate in conferences or onsite customers’ visits will be appreciated
