POSITION SUMMARY:
IT Specialist - Provides user support in the Information Technology Department.
Starting pay: $20-22 per hour DOE
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide user support on day-to-day IT issues in assigned geographical area.
- Serve as site support technician issues in assigned geographical area.
- Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
- Answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location.
- Provide assistance concerning the use of computer Hardware and Software, including Printing, Installation, Office365, Exchange, E-Mail, and Operating Systems.
- Other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Two years experience in IT service and technology.
ADDITIONAL AREAS OF PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience preferred with Windows, MacOS and iOS, DNS, DHCP, Printers, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
COMPUTER/SOFTWARE SKILLS:
Desktop/Laptop management, Software installation and troubleshooting, use of Help Desk Ticketing systems, Internet, Microsoft Office Products
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk, talk and hear, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment with visits to automobile dealerships.
