Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power in Jiang men. Main stakeholders are Product Engineering Department.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Assist product engineers to complete the analysis and introduction of product ICN;
协助产品工程师完成产品ICN的分析与导入工作；
Assist product engineers in sample picking, trial installation, and small-batch trial produc-tion.
协助产品工程师进行样品领料，试装，小批量试生产的相关工作；
Assist product engineers to complete the analysis and solution of production problems;
协助产品工程师完成生产问题的分析及解决；
Participate in the update and maintenance of department-level work guidelines and process documents, and promote the continuous optimization of standardized documents.
参与部门级工作指引、流程文件的更新与维护，推动标准化文档的持续优化。

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Have a solid foundation in mechanical theory, familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical design, material mechanics, tolerance fit and interchangeability measurement;
具备扎实的机械理论基础，熟悉机械原理，机械设计，材料力学，公差配合及互换性测量；
Strong team spirit and excellent communication and expression skills, able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources;
具备较强的团队合作精神及优秀的沟通表达能力，能够高效协同内外部资源；
Have good problem analysis skills and closed-loop awareness, and be able to describe problems in a structured manner and follow up on the solution process.
具备良好的问题分析能力及闭环意识，能够结构化描述问题并跟进解决过程；
Proficient in design-related software (Creo, AutoCAD, etc.), proficient in Office office software, and ability to use Power BI is preferred
掌握设计相关软件（Creo、AutoCAD等），熟练使用Office办公软件，会使用Power BI者优先考虑
