Location: KONE Elevator (M) Sdn. Bhd. – Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

KBS is now on venture to look for their next gen leaders by opening the doors through internship program.

What will you be doing?

  • Process scope includes the following P&C processes areas: Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance & Reward, Learning and Development to be delivered on timely manner

  • Support system transactions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders

  • Handle data management and report

  • Drive continuous improvements in enhancing specific areas

Are you the one?

  • Humble, receptive, agile, most importantly eager to learn

  • Focused, quick learner, strategically prioritizes work and committed

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or any field with a strong career interest

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel) and understands how to use formulas to automate workbooks

  • Detail-oriented go-getters who are seeking for 6 months internship experience

Internship Requirements:

  • Duration: 4 to 6 months

  • Schedule: Full-time, weekday internship.
