Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 大規模かつ複雑なアプリケーション開発・モダナイゼーションプロジェクトにおいて、標準ソリューションの実装からデリバリーまでを単独あるいはチームのリードとして完全に遂行する

• Red Hat OpenShift および Red Hat Application Services を基盤とした高度な技術検証（PoC）やプロトタイピングの設計・実装を主導する

• アーキテクチャ設計を具体的なタスクに落とし込み、プロジェクトのプランニングを支援して、リーダーシップが設定した目標に向けてチームを牽引する

• 顧客のインフラストラクチャーおよびビジネス課題を深く理解し、Red Hatテクノロジー導入に関する戦略的な提案と期待値管理を行う

• チーム内のコンサルタントやアソシエイトを技術的に指導（メンタリング）し、パフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを行い組織力を向上させる

• 顧客環境においてさらに展開可能なUpsell/Cross-sellの機会（他のRed Hat製品やサービス）を技術的観点から特定し、営業チームと連携する

• リーダーシップ層に対してチームの意思決定を論理的に説明し、一対一の重要な対話に戦術的に対応して前向きな問題解決を促進する

Required Skills:

• ミドルウェアテクノロジー分野（エンタープライズWeb開発、システム統合等）における13年以上の高度な実務経験および専門知識

• さまざまな大規模開発および導入プロジェクトにおいて、企業関係者（ステークホルダー）やアーキテクトと直接協働した実績

• 小規模な技術チームをリードし、ソリューションアーキテクチャの定義から大規模ソリューションの設計、実装、トラブルシューティングまでを完遂した経験

• ソフトウェア開発メソッド、オブジェクト指向設計、エンタープライズ統合パターン（EIP）に関する極めて高度な知識

• Tekton、Argo CD などのテクノロジーを利用したDevOps、CI/CDパイプラインの高度な設計・構築経験

• 技術に詳しくない経営層から現場のエンジニアまで、あらゆる層に対して複雑な技術を明確に説明・プレゼンテーションできる卓越したコミュニケーション能力

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Optional):

• Camel、Kafka、Quarkus、Keycloak、API Management などの製品を使用した、複雑なエンタープライズアプリケーション統合プロジェクトの深い経験

• Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform などの自動化およびスクリプトツールに関する高度な知識

• クラウド環境（AWS, Azure等）上でのマネージドOpenShift（ROSA, ARO）を活用した開発経験

• アジャイル開発手法のアドバンスドな実践経験、またはスクラムマスターの経験

• 専門分野に関連する上級認定資格（Red Hat Certified Architect 等）
