Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Influencer Specialist is responsible for executing the influencer program and driving revenue growth. This role involves impactful planning and delivery of all campaign assets, serving as the primary point of contact for all execution and planning discussions related to influencer efforts both internally and with agency partners. The Influencer Specialist will also optimize and test new business opportunities to grow revenue and acquire new customers for our evolving influencer program.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Allocate and manage the campaign budget to meet monthly spend, sales, and new customer goals; oversee agency relationships and ongoing campaigns with key platforms; and collaborate with the Manager to review and plan budget allocations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize future strategies and ensure timely monthly payment processing.
  • Build and enhance collaborative relationships with influencers, internal teams, external partners, merchants, and buyers; support account teams with valuable insights; and lead innovative initiatives on emerging platforms to drive successful and forward-thinking influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partner with internal teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines

What You'll Bring

  • Education: BA/BS in merchandising, marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • Experience: 3 years professional experience, within influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing or similar field
  • Experience with TikTok is a plus
