Lead a team to deliver a first class service
As a Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role ensuring in high-quality after-sales service delivery by coordinating service activities, managing customer communication, and executing end‑to‑end service order processes.
As a Service Coordinator for Japan, you will be responsible for the following :
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and channel partners regarding service inquiries and spare parts, communicating via email and phone with both domestic and international stakeholders
- Coordinate service activities with In-House Repair team
- Arrange and coordinate on-site service visits for technicians, and manage Service Agreements
- Coordinate material availability and align on the earliest possible delivery dates with Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse teams
- Perform SAP Order processing (Creation of Quotes, Sales Orders, Projects and RMAs, Billing and Revenue Recognition, WIP/ECA management)
- Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Factory, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure high service availability and customer satisfaction
- Ensure SOX and internal control compliance for assigned projects and orders
- Support Service Managers with forecasting by providing accurate backlog and timeline updates, and providing operational support to Service Team (Service Mangers and Engineers)
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or service coordination roles
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP
- Fluency in English and Japanese language
- Experience with SFDC/ServiceMax (preferred)
- Understanding of after-sales service operations
- Strong understanding of QTC (Quote-to-Cash) process
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data maintenance
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
- Strong customer focus and team collaboration mindset
