We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Finance Coordinator to support our Finance team and contribute to operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and internal controls
Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with financial reports, schedules, and audit documentation
Collaborate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Engineering to ensure timely and accurate financial information
Uphold Four Seasons standards of conduct and work harmoniously with team members across the resort
Complete additional finance‑related duties as assigned
WHAT TO BRING
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education, experience, or progress toward a degree will be considered
One to three years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and month‑end close procedures
Experience with journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or financial systems is a plus
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative mindset, strong integrity, and commitment to the Four Seasons culture
