About the role
N-iX is looking for a Senior Mobile/Web engineer to join our team.
The Backoffice Support Team (BST) owns the systems and tools used internally by our backoffice teams, including Customer Service and Operations, to manage customers and commercial partners. The team is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal support platforms and workflows.
This includes:
● Zendesk is the main ticketing system
● Postbox, the internal customer communication area
● Custom integrations with core systems and other internal services
BST plays a key role in enabling operational efficiency, ensuring that internal users have reliable, scalable, and well-integrated tools to handle customer and partner interactions effectively.
Technical Skills (Must-Haves):
Experience: University degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years as a React / React Native developer, with a strong record of delivering high-quality, performant mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Proficiency in React, React Native, React Hooks, Redux, Nx (or similar tools)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- You have strong experience with React or similar Frameworks / Libraries
- Familiarity with CSS-in-JS like styled-components
- Experience with Next.js, Static Site Generators, the JAM-Stack, (headless-) Content Management Systems, and material-ui is a plus
- English level is at least Upper-Intermediate
Your Responsibilities
1. As an experienced Mobile and Web Frontend Engineer, you will be delighting the customers by working on our customer-facing (both web and mobile app) platform as well as building the internal tooling for Raisin’s operations teams
2. Together with your team, you will own the design, implementation, and deployment of our applications
3. Part of your responsibilities will be guiding features from their implementation through to testing, refinement, and finally launch
4. Working closely with our product UX team to fi nd practical and efficient solutions to complex problems is also part of your responsibilities
5. You are actively participating in an agile and collaborative process in a cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership
6. Finally, you are responsible for continuously improving your team as well as yourself
