About the role

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support operation and maintenance of factory facilities and utilities systems.

  • Take primary responsibility for Emergency and Safety Systems, including fire alarm, emergency lighting, sprinkler, fire pump, and life line / fall protection systems.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system readiness and compliance.

  • Conduct inspections, testing, and functional checks in line with statutory and EHS requirements.

  • Support installation, modification, and commissioning of facilities and safety‑related systems.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and contractors.

  • Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.

Role Purpose:

  • Support reliable facilities and utilities operations for continuous production.

  • Ensure readiness and compliance of emergency and safety (life‑safety) systems.

  • Contribute to safe and compliant plant infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.

  • 2–5 years experience in plant engineering, facilities, utilities, or emergency/safety systems.

  • Understanding of fire safety, emergency systems, and EHS requirements.

  • Ability to coordinate contractors and work cross‑functionally.

  • Good English communication skills.
