Humana's Consumer Digital organization is looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead a product team focused on delivering a new Plan Renewal experience that is intuitive, personalized, and member-centric. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery to optimization—working with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners. You will understand customer needs, create clear requirements, drive sprint execution, and measure the impact of product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Execution

  • Oversee the roadmap and backlog for one product team

  • Translate customer insights and needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Lead day-to-day delivery through Agile ceremonies

Discovery & Customer Insights

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional product team to conduct user research, data analysis, usability testing, and competitive review

  • Use insights to identify pain points and opportunities within the renewal experience

Delivery & Measurement

  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features

  • Develop success metrics, run A/B experiments, and analyze performance

  • Optimize customer experience for improved renewal and customer satisfaction

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, sales and the Insurance Differentiation team

  • Support go-to-market planning and customer communication for feature releases

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of product management experience building digital experiences

  • Experience writing requirements, partnering with engineers, and shipping customer-facing products

  • Working knowledge of data analysis, experimentation, and customer journey design

  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences

  • Experience in ecommerce, onboarding, subscription, or renewal journeys

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$126,300 - $173,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
