What You'll Do
The Associate Director, Patient Support Services will play a critical Commercial role in support of BridgeBio assets. The primary goal will be to manage the end-to-end operations for patient service programs for commercialized product/s.
This role will work collaboratively with internal colleagues to align on the patient support program goals and pull through on brand strategies. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Sales, Commercial Analytics, Commercial IT, Pharmacovigilance & Market Access.
Responsibilities
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Manage day-to-day operations of patient support programs including oversight of BRDs, contracts, budgets, and POs with PSS vendors (copay, free goods pharmacy, hub, etc.) and monitoring of KPIs/SLAs
- PROGRAM EXCELLENCE: Assist in the assessment and continuous improvement of patient support programs for commercialized product/s including implementation of new programs/initiatives in support of brand strategies and market challenges which result in positive customer experience
- FIELD TEAM COORDINATION: Serve as a day-to-day liaison with field teams, marketing and sales managers, other stakeholders which include resolving escalation issues involving PSS vendors
- PSS MATERIALS & DATA: Create/revise tactical PSS materials and submit to MLR process using Veeva and serve as the PSS subject matter expert for marketing and PSS vendor data to Commercial Analytics and Commercial IT
Where You'll Work
This is a U.S.-based remote role that will require quarterly, or as needed visits to our San Francisco Office.
Who You Are
- BA/BS degree required; MA preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of Biotech/Pharma and PSS vendor experience - previous experience directly managing (internally or externally) patient support services required
- Comprehend the complex environment of the specialty market, reimbursement/access challenges, as well as the OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for PSS programs
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop sound strategies in response to patient access challenges
- Exhibit superior communication and teamwork skills to effectively contribute across cross-functional teams
- Travel – 20-30%
